What is Home Central?
Home Central is a home management service that allows customers to view and control security systems, surveillance cameras, thermostats, lighting controls and other devices from any internet connection with any internet enabled device.

If you can surf the Internet you can use Home Central’s personal, private and secure web site. Now you can control & monitor everything in your home from a single, easy-to-use application.

How secure is the system?
The system utilizes the latest technology to maximize the security of your system and data. All security system data is encrypted and your website is protected by SSL encryption and digital certificates. Your digital images and passwords are encrypted and can only be viewed by you. Your data is so secure that Home Central personnel cannot view any camera images in our database or tell you your password if you forget it - only you can create a new. Any wireless communications are encrypted and password protected.

What do I need to have in my home to use the system?
First, no PC or home automation controller is required. Second, a standard home wireless router enables all of the wonderful capabilities of our system. The home network is managed by Home Central, so you don’t have to, and can be used by all of the PCs in your home. If decide you’d like to install cameras, we’ve evaluated dozens of cameras to find the best combination of value and functionality.
